Sheila Parast Gross

Hailing from Houston, Texas, Sheila brings that famous Texan pride to everything she does (if you know, you know). When she’s not closing deals and charming everyone at the closing table with her trusty sidekick, Harold, she’s busy staying up all night cooking up the firm’s next genius marketing initiative. She can find common ground with just about anyone and when folks leave the office, they truly leave feeling like they’ve all become instant friends. Sheila treats everyone like family, and lucky for y’all, she loves her family!

Sheila realized quickly in her law career the only way to have the final say in customer service, branding, marketing, and even lobby aesthetics, she knew she had to do her own thing. Clinging to her favorite line in Field of Dreams, she knew if she built it, “they would come”. She set out to demonstrate that kindness and professionalism can coexist, and you can get anything accomplished with this approach. Her motto has and always will be, “how you do anything is how you do everything”, and you see this sentiment embodied throughout every single detail in the firm, from how the phones are answered, to the amount of detail poured into the events hosted, and of course, every memorable swag the firm has ever offered.

When Sheila’s not at the closing table, she loves spending time with her family (bonus if it’s in one of their favorite places to go together in Highlands, NC).
