At a very young age, Sheila Parast Gross knew that she wanted a seat at the closing table. From trailing behind her father as he closed real estate transactions to making some of her own, Sheila maintains a consistent level of passion, dependability, and meticulousness when it comes to helping her clients. Her personal experiences cultivated a special endearment to first time homebuyers, and Sheila diligently embarks to simplify the elaborate transaction process for first timers and real estate veterans alike.
Sheila’s devotion to the practice of real estate has blossomed into a legal career that is dedicated to clarifying and assisting clients in real estate refinances and purchases. In sum, her role at Parast Law is that of making people feel at home as they navigate the process of purchasing real estate in the Atlanta area.
When she is not sitting at the closing table, Sheila can be found exploring scenic Buckhead, where she resides with her husband, Daniel, and her adopted fur child, a sweet puppy called Dolly Parton.

use development and the Vinings Main Offices where we are located is in front of the Vinings Slope
Townhomes- which is where 3621 Vinings Slope pops up on most maps.
We are located directly above 101 Steak- across Hotel Indigo and next door to the QuikTrip in Vinings.
There are two entrances to our deck along with two entrances into the building.
From 285, turn east onto Paces Ferry Road. Turn right onto Vinings Slope, and take the FIRST LEFT
which leads to a parking deck that says VISITOR PARKING. The entrance to the parking deck
appears residential, however there is signage for Retail & Office Parking. Take an immediate LEFT
once you enter the parking deck and take the ramp to the RIGHT to go up one level. (In the event that
parking is hard to find, you can park below this level as well- just note the double glass doors are
where the lobby is). You will see signage for Office Parking/Retail/Restaurant and may park
anywhere. The entrance to the lobby is through the glass double doors at the top of a small set of
stairs (marked Stair P2, Level 4) with a mini handicap accessible lift. Take the elevator once you’re
inside Vinings Main Office to the 3rd Floor. The office is located to the left in Suite 4330.
